Alton Thibodeaux Leadership in Diversity Award


This award is presented to a member of the University of North Texas community who exemplifies work and dedication to promoting diversity and multiculturalism.  This award was inspired by Alton Thibodeaux who served in many capacities for UNT including administrator and advisor. Any member of the UNT community can be nominated for this award, including faculty, staff or student.   A plaque will be awarded to the recipient and presented by the Student Government Association.

Selection Process/Eligibility

Applicants will be judged on their involvement and dedication to diversity at UNT.  The recipient is selected by a committee of students, faculty and staff members.
